We stayed for two nights. First of all, we were on the 4th floor and no elevator! Not good after walking the falls all day. Here are all of the things that did not work: fireplace, WIFI, no ice (had to get it from lobby), no coffee (had to get it at restaurant), water was out on second day for an hour, water took ten minutes to warm up. The rooms looked like they had been just remodeled, but not done well and were not very clean (dusty). Now, we only paid $* per night for the room, so we were looking for a place to sleep, but when it came to no water ... that pretty much did it. The restaurant's breakfast buffet ($* for a family of four) was not that great. The bins were empty more often than full. Only one cup of coffee. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and it is just down the road from the falls, so that was a good thing. Oh, one more thing, they charge $* for parking. I would not stay again. Instead, I'll be looking for a Country Inn at our next stay.

I stay here with my family during Feb 15-16. We had a great experience here and will definitely return again next year. Front desk associates were helpful and hotel was quiet so we had a great night's sleep.

My husband and I stayed at the Days Inn North of the Falls the weekend of March 5&6, 2010. The check in was quick& easy. After getting to our room, we were delighted to see a fireplace and a view of the great gorge. Before heading out to dinner, Samantha, the front desk clerk suggested several great restaurants we should try. After coming back to the hotel after dinner, we enjoyed a nice relaxation in the jacuzzi. Overall, we had a great experience with this hotel and will definitely return again.

the rooms were very comfortable and clean but the pool area was very poorly mantained and dirty. Also, they charged us an additional $* for parking upon checking in ! i will most certianly not be going back to that place and i would strongly recomend to others not to waste their money.

We chose this hotel for the price, a room with a fireplace, and the indoor pool. The room smelled a bit like stale smoke and the fireplace would not work. The heater worked fine but had a burnt smell to it. We went to use the pool and found it just over half full (not enough to reach the filter system) and the hottub was the same way. Both were ice cold. We tried to use the pool but it was just too cold. This was my 26th trip to Niagara Falls and I've stayed in several hotels. I had stayed at this hotel back in Sept of 08 and it was being remodeled then so I expected it to improve but that wasn't the case. If you just want a place to sleep it would be ok, but if your going for the pool or fireplaces your wasting your time.
